I'm a big fan of garland jacks original for my chicken. Usually go with sweet baby rays with about a 1/4 cup of brown sugar added for my ribs, delish

Famous Dave's is my favorite right now. But I really like just about every style. Rudy's is awesome as well.

I've been using Maull's quite often for years. I order Dreamland for some meats. I vary by meat and mood.

Get a bottle of this:


Pour it into a pot. Add:

1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup bourbon

simmer for about 20 min. Best if used the following day.

I tend to go Stubbs. Tried honey pecan from them the other day and that was awful, but the rest have been tasty
