It's a greasy mess, but I'm a fan of Roma Pizza in Prairieville at the corner of Airline and Old Perkins.

Their wings are fricking legit. Incredibly good. Get the spicy garlic parm. They are real deal smoked then flash fried.
Pizza was ok. Their large thin slices serve better as a one or two topping slice.

We really like it. Like I mentioned the smoked chicken pizza is our favorite, but the best thing on the menu is probably the smoked wings.
Once we discovered the smoked chicken pizza and the duck bacon one, those are the only pizzas we get.
In the past they've had issues with consistency, especially with the crust. But they've been on the past 3 times we've been, so maybe they've worked things out.
