The besy oyster sandwich is at Casamento's. Not served on French, but Texas toast. Best oyster po-boy is at Parkway. Both in NOLA.

Seafood Corner in Gonzales. Corner of Airline Hwy and Hwy 621. It is the best I have ever had and I have had quite a few in my day. First time I ever ordered one, I picked up a large and it was $13. I was pissed but got it anyway. After inhaling this thing, I will not get one anywhere else including Acme or Tommy's Fish House. The best thing about it is that it is 1 mile from my office.

What was so good about it? Amount of oysters? Batter?
