Amazon has some. I've been trying to decide on a brand for a while. Either going with Shun or Global

I have a set of shun knives and the chef definitely gets the most use. They were a gift so I can't help on where to buy

victorinox fibrox knives are all I use
gave all my others away, even the spendy ones

they are affordable, comfortable to use and control, and easy to keep sharp

Out of all my Shun knives this is the design of the one I reach for the most. It seems like the slices slide off the blade better than a flat blade.

I know the knife experts look down on cutco, but I enjoy being able to put everything in the dishwasher. More importantly, I never have to worry if somebody else runs them in the dishwasher and ruins a knife. How many people with those have prob had a housekeeper put one in the wash.

Chefknivestogo.com is a great place to purchase knives. Great packaging and quick shipment. I have a shun premier santoku that is very similar to that knife just recently pictured.

Is this the knife-snob thread? Plain ole Dexter for me. Hit it with my sharpening steel before each use and it stays as sharp as you'll ever need a knife to be.
