I used nesco seasoning yesterday and it came out really good but I'm still looking for other options. What ya recommend?

I like jerky made using Montreal Steak Seasoning from McCormick.

Google has recipes.

Whatever seasoning Benoits in Addis, Louisiana uses for their beef jerky....that. Or google a recipe for biltong....have a friend that makes that in a wet style with her own seasoning blend including house grown and dried moruga scorpion chiles. It's amazing

Backwoods jalapeño and backwoods original are my favorite. Both available at bass pro or academy. I do add a fair amount of liquid smoke to the marinade.
