Let me start by saying, I do not buy frozen burgers very often. But, I recently picked up a box of 12 pre-packaged burgers from Tramonte's. Without a doubt, the best damn frozen burger I have ever eaten.......and way better than most fresh made burgers also.

Tramonte's Burger Review

$25 for a box of 12 that are pre-seasoned and fail proof.

Whatcha got?

I'm not a fan of their burgers.

I'll eat the shite out of some Bubba Burgers from Sam's though.

Are the frozen burgers ridiculously over-sized like the ones they cook?

They are HUGE (but manageable).........I would guess 1/2 lb-ers, but they where quite the hit amongst the tail gaters this past Saturday. My wife said they could be cut in half length wise and still be big enough, but I would never.

all right I must of gotten a bad batch, the box I bought, i ended up throwing away about half of them, they fell apart on the grill and tasted like grease caked bread crumbs, I have heard many people rave about them so I will give them another try

That would be Denoux's Meat Market in Donaldsonville. Lannie is the owner.

I buy burgers pre-formed but not frozen at Whole Foods and I freeze them myself. I like them. Have no idea what the cost is. Don't know if they sell them frozen.

Tramontes has too much Worcestershire in them for my taste. I'm a salt and pepper guy.

Friend of mine made some this weekend and I watched him put eggs and breadcrumbs in them. He honestly didn't understand my meatloaf comment.
