I totally agree with this point. There’s a lot of kitchens I wouldn’t want to eat food out of.

When in an office I went with an easy option but people enjoyed it. I would reserve and pick up Luby's white rolls by the dozen. Doubled the number of rolls for the number of people expected. A tub of Kerrygold on the side and there ya go. Always gone in a flash. No clean up, no hassle.

I’ve tried to do this and the staff got upset. We compromised to where I buy the turkey and or ham, and they bring the rest.

To OP: sweet potato casserole was always my go to
