I have two,

The first is The Kobe Beef Burger at Bonefish Grill. Order it Medium. Might be the best burger in town period.

Superior makes a damn fine burger on that griddle grill. It soaks up all of that fajita flavor.

I tried the burger at Superior after hearing about it being great. It tasted like a Goodyear.

It's an odd thing to order, but I've found in my years on Earth that most Mexican joints make an excellent hamburger. Damn near always a fresh handmade patty. Even the run-of-the-mill small town Tex-Mex places usually put out a quality burger.

Three under the radar burgers for most BR residents for whatever reason.

Pimanyoli's
Tramonte's
Flemings

Damn, thats a shame. I had one about four weeks ago and it was great. Maybe the cook overcooked yours.

The Bonefish burger has some type of special sauce and the bun is perfect.

the burger at Superior in Shreveport is excellent. can't speak to the BR location.

I think Copeland's has a really good burger you never hear about.

I'll just order something else if I have to eat an overcooked burger.

THIS.

I forgot about Copeland's. I dont eat at the one in BR, but when I lived in Houma a few years ago it was my favorite place to get a burger. With Copeland's sauce.

:kige:

Las Palmas has a pretty goo burger too. It's got a little fajita flavor to it since I assume I shares a grill with the fajitas.

Capital City Grill, specifically the downtown location serves a damn fine bacon cheeseburger.

Not Baton Rouge but Griffin's Grill in Dutchtown is pretty legit imo. Burger is pretty much the same burger that their folks served at Burger Delight on Airline.

The burger patty is very good and has nice flavor...but the rest of the burger (condiments, lettuce, tomatoes, bun) is average.

Dont get me wrong, I tore that ish up in college.

Nowadays, I probably wouldnt like it as much because I think it has too much seasoning.

That's fair about the bun and such. I don't mind the salt on the patty and usually add gyro sauce on it which cuts the salt a bit
