I like to mix the original Stubb's with a little Sweet Baby Ray's. It gives it a good sweet/spicy combo.

Didn't the Advocate just have an article on this? I believe their "panel of experts" picked some kind of plain-Jane brand in a blind taste test. I tend to believe I couldn't tell the difference in brands either.

But my pick is Jack Daniels original.

The Advocate chose Kraft Original. ?????? The decline of Food Focus has been very sad.

I'm partial to Sweet baby Ray's

I saw on food network where they did a blind taste test and belive it or not Kraft won there too.

I'm sure there are better ones out there, but as far as the sauces available at most stores, I reach for KC Masterpiece, the flavor of KCM depends on what I'm making.

My husband supported the choice, saying that Kraft is a basic plain sauce.

I could pick out a few, Stubbs because it's probably my favorite. Probably Sweet Baby Ray's... but after that, doubtful.

Whoever said mixing stubb's spicy with some sweet baby ray's... I'm going to have to give that a try. Sounds like a great idea.

I am a huge fan of Cattleman's and the Budwieser BBQ sauce is suprisingly awesome too.

Just because there are 55% of people out there that like that overly thick, overly sweet(high fructose corn syrup sweet), kraft type BBQ sauce doesn't make all BBQ sauces the same.

Any of those regional sauces that don't have high fructose corn syrup as a main ingredient are good with me. If I had to pick one sauce, I would go with Cattleman's Gold. (It's a yellow Carolina sauce.)

I have been tinkering with the Alcide Thibodaux's brand you can get at Southside Produce. That is an interesting product.

Usually I'll switch between Jack Millers, Sweet Baby Rays, or a combo of the two. usually, i'll whip up a marinade or brine and cater a sauce to those spices.
