Joe Cobb's BBQ in Bossier city was always my go-to.
My kin folks! Always loved his hot links.

My go-to: Big D BBQ in Mansfield TX is pretty damn solid. They also do free Shiner on Friday and Saturday (some kind of dispute over whether they can actually get a liquor license or not). Also good live country music (not normally my thing, but it goes well with the BBQ ).

See lots of KC barbecue joints on here, makes me proud.

All of you saying jack stack need to come back to kc and try some other places. Jack stack is fine and dandy, but I rank it second tier for KC.

My favorites in KC are Lc's, Danny Edwards BBQ, and Oklahoma Joes.

Almost as good: Jack Stack, Gates, Arthur Bryants, Woodyard, BB's Lawnside, and The Bank BBQ just south of KC
