Yes. The mattress store is closing down in October so we've been looking for a new studio spot. Prices are just unaffordable right now. Luckily we found the perfect spot on the 2nd floor of a new business.
The new owner of the mattress store will be asking 8 grand a month rent. It's astonishing.

Yea it was 7 grand a month not including any utilities and only 3,000 sqaure feet.
