I like abgb... usually go on Wednesdays for $1 off pints. I really like pinthouse and agree with Live Oak having good beers. I also like Austin Beer Works, specifically Pearl Snap and Fire Eagle. Zoe makes a good beer, Real Ale also has good beer (Hans Pils specifically). Those are my go-to canned beer off the top of my head.

*Disclaimer: I am not a craft beer snob and enjoy all types of beer. Some better than others of course.

If you like Belgian Strong Ales, Adelbert's is the best around

Agree with Box Geauxrilla. Adelbert's in North Austin is an excellent little brewery. I lived right near them for years. They are readily available in stores throughout Austin. Love their Dancin' Monks, Flyin' Monks, etc.

Funny you mention that. Right now Randall's is running a deal for $4.99 for six packs of Shiner, Real Ale and Karbach.

I stocked up on Devil's Backbone recently.

We can disagree. I think Adelbert's is freakin' fantastic. Lucky me. I can't drink enough of it. My favortie is the Flyin' Monks:

2014 Rockies/Southwest Regional Champion by United States Beer Tasting Championship (USBTC)
2015 Gold Medal from Artisan Awards
2015 International Craft Competition Awards Gold Medal
2016 Great American Beer Festival Bronze Medal in Belgian and French Style Quadrupel
2016 Best of Craft Beer Awards Bronze Medal in Belgian Style Quadrupel

But I also like the Dancin' Monks:

2014 Craft Beer Awards Gold Medal
2015 Gold Medal from Artisan Awards
2016 Bronze Medal from the Commonwealth Cup
2016 Gold Medal from Best Little Brewfest in Texas
2016 Best of Craft Beer Awards Gold Medal in Belgian Style Dubbel

Zoe's actually a Pale Lager made by Hops & Grain, and it's a great beer!

H&G is probably my favorite brewery.

This is a fun little article about PHP and the style of beer they are calling Pinthouse IPAs. It gives good insight into Joe's personality and passion.
