The Old Bull Tavern has good pizza and I like Dockside in Port Royal for seafood. I heard Saltus River Grill has good sushi but I've never been there.

I have relatives that lived there recently. Their suggestions:
Saltus River Grille
Wren Bistro
Johnson Creek Tavern in Harbor Island
I haven't been to any of them, though.
