I just don't understand how this is considered a sacrifice by any means.
A sacrifice would be to fast, and not eat.

I just realized I had a vegetarian lunch and fish tacos for dinner. Thought I accidentally did the no meat thing, but recalled I had a piece of leftover pizza for a snack, and it had two slices of Italian sausage on it.
