I've used it out here numerous times. There are benefits you can earn by making reservations often and what not.

Is it just a service that the Louisiana Restaurant Association funds or is it an actual company??? Just curious

I've used it three times. Once for a Friday night dinner at Boucherie. Another was for a New Year's Eve reservations at Sylvain. And last, I used the website for Valentine's Day dinner at Firefly in Nashville.

I haven't had one problem or mishap with them.

I feel like this thread is a joke or something. To say they are reputable is an understatement. They are in every major city in thousands of places.

I always check open table when making reservations to see what's out there and available.

i've used it before with good luck. i called a particular restaurant and they had no reservations available. i looked at open table and found them. not sure if this particular restaurant always held some there or not but it worked for me.

Sometimes I do this and then call the place, but it's nice knowing what I can get at the last minute.
