Lol...good luck bro. Hopefully you have some kind of idea on what to do.

I've got two butts, 3 racks of St. Louis cut spares, 10lbs of leg quarters, Bourgeois smoked and fresh garlic sausages. Also picked up 2lbs of spicy turkey cheese and 1lb of spicy hog head for snacking.

I've got a whole chicken brining until 8am.

I have a 10 pound top sirloin that will go on the Egg at 5am.

yep, just put a 9 pound butt on the smoker....4 racks of baby backs will join in about 5 hours

Put a brisket on last night to hopefully be ready for lunch today. Enjoying coffee on the patio now to the smell of hickory smoke.

Just put the pork butt on about 45 minutes ago. Drinking coffee in the stew outside.

I just put two 9 lb butts on about 30 minutes ago. I have a few racks of beef ribs and some smoked sausage that will go on later.

Two butts, 3 slabs, and two chickens went on at 6. First time using the new smoker.

Brisket and a pork shoulder in there now along with some chili peppers that will be ground up into a powder for seasoning.
