Anyone have a good corn grits recipe?

Zea's corn grits haven't tried the recipe, but it's their website so I"m sure it's legit

There was a thread that involved that concept two days ago. Corn grits were determined to have "chunky" bits of corn in it.

by corn grits, I mean the ones with corn in it like zeas. Not regular grits, which taste vastly different.

Buy a sack of Quaker "Quick Grits"

Cook following directions in half milk and half water.

When almost done, add the cheese you like to eat to the grits and continue stirring until it has melted.

put on plate or in bowl and eat. Add cooked onion/garlic/celery/bellpepper/tomato/sausage/shrimp/slap ya mama mixture over top and call it shrimp grits.

Need cold beer and crusty bread alongside.

Place a couple of over easy eggs on top of the cheese grits, chop up and eat with a biscuit and call it breakfast!

Eat grits all by themselves with a cup of coffee and still call it pretty good.

Don't forget the salt.
