I like to watch JB although I don't always agree with how he cooks some things. I mostly look at his list to thing of what I'm going to cook for supper.

Munchies is ok, but it gets old after a while.

"Chefs drink, curse, and bust balls, then try and cook something back at their restaurant."

There is a reason most of them arent on TV.

There are some videos from the Great Chefs series and, in particular The New Garde. I love that series and have the full DVD set.
