Any ideas on the dipping sauce Ruffino's uses for their shrimp corndogs?

I just had the shrimp corndogs for the first time a couple of days ago. I really, really, really want to duplicate the dipping sauce, but I'm not a good guesser of ingredients. Maybe there's horseradish in it?

Anybody?

Ruffin posted it here several years ago when I asked. It's online also, I believe. I have it and will post it soon.

Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
• 1 tablespoon Colman's dry mustard
• 1 cups mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• ½ teaspoon Tabasco
• 6 ounces Dijon mustard
• ½ tablespoons lemon juice
• ½ tablespoons A.1. steak sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and blend well.

This is another one I found from a Food Truck in TX, I think. It's good also.

DIJON MAYO
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pinch cayenne pepper

Yup, this is exactly it. I just consulted Chef Sclafani's cookbook.

Saw the video a few years ago. I've made those quite a few times, but lately, I've been using Alton Brown's recipe for the corn dogs themselves. I like it better. There's more crunch, but both recipes are good.

We saved Mother's Day celebration for this upcoming weekend, when my son will be in town. Our anniversary was Monday, and we used the waitr app to have dinner, with apps and dessert, brought to our house. (We're old. And now it seems, we're lazy, too.) ;-)

Thanks for asking. I hope yours was nice, as well.

Awesome, thanks, Gris!

And I'm right, I'm terrible at guessing ingredients.

Happy Mother's Day to you

Ours was great, and we had lunch at Ruffino's thought I might have seen you unknowingly

I had the Shrimp Sorrento and the mothers had Fish Katie followed by cheesecake. Was all very good, and happy faces all around.

Might get the shrimp corn dogs next time.
