Andouille, how long will it keep in the refrigerator?

I received a couple of sticks of andouille last week and completely forgot about them.
How long will they last in the refrigerator before they are unsafe to use. They are wrapped in Saran Wrap and not vac sealed.

Its smoked and cured...... months.

Pop into a ziplock and freeze if you’re not planning to use in the next month.

It's still fine to vacuum pack (or wrap in foil then into a ziploc) and then into the freezer for months.

It's cured, relax, it will last a long time.

Smoked and cured sausages like Andouille were originally created as a way to preserve meat without refirgeration. Dont sweat it they will keep plenty good until you are ready to use them.
