hell yeah

I have a couple of 2006 and 2008 vintages that are my prized possessions in my beer cellar. I had some dude on r/beertrade begging to trade some King Henry for them, but frick that swill.

I think the beer figs are the ones who line up outside liquor stores to buy this beer when it's released.

Those are probably just people who really like the beer. The "moronic element" who does not check here first and receive their instructions for what they should and should not like.

I don't need people on the internet to tell me a fruity lager sucks. Ive tasted it for myself, it sucks imo.

Sorry we hurt your feelings about your favorite beer.

Has nothing to do with being instructed by so-called "experts" what to like and what not to like. If you genuinely think Bud Light tastes good I don't care what kind of mental gymnastics you use to try to convince yourself or me of it.. it's a terrible tasting beer.

It's drinkable but there are many other beers I'd rather drink. I'd drink it over bud light, mostly because it's local.

And Strawator wasn't bad but it as way too sweet for me. My 2nd least favorite of the Select lineup, with Hop Gator being at the bottom for me.

So is it just a shitty style beer or is the Abita Strawberry just a shitty executed beer ?

Myself, love some Abita strawberry and crawfish/crabs. Only falls second to Corona.

Also, frick darker beers on a hot day. Give me a cheap Coors and lemon salt and I'll chose it over any fine craft beer. Especially if I'm out on the water fishing.

I've been trying to find a plane hidden in a hangar and we're going to war over abita strawberry.

What are we coming to.
