Abita Amber seems off.

It taste different to me. Maybe because I'm buying it in the states of Georgia and Florida. Would that make a difference?
It seems like it doesn't have that full Amber body flavor that I remember. I know the beer is mass produced but does anyone know if they inject CO2 or do they go through a secondary fermentation process? That could be the difference or maybe my taste are changing.
Anyone notice Abita Amber flavor changes over the past few years?

It has always been a subpar amber beer to me

It's kind of been my go to beer. I'm just not enjoying it as much as I have in the past.
I don't want this to be a bash Abita thread, I just want to hear if anyone else has notice a change in their amber beer's taste over the last half year or so.

I don't drink it, but perhaps you are getting older beer now that you are buying it out of state. A few months of extra age will change the smell and taste of the beer.

Good point.
I really like draught beer a lot more than bottled. Freshness is probably the issue.

It's not what I remember. I use to drink Abita Amber fairly regular and then I stopped drinking it. Several years went by and I tried it again. Well, I noticed a difference. Is it me? Is it them? I don't know.

Parish South Coast blows it away. Not that blowing Abita Amber away is really hard, but it's good. Go get some. Now! Right now!
