you can pull the breast out with the bone and then easily peel off the skin/feathers

Yea MB, didn't pluck em. Just put thumbs on both sides of of breast bone and push skin/feathers back. I can breast out probably 4-5 a minute.

Maybe so Wise. These wheat things are what the wife buys. They are certainly nothing special. But I kinda view a tortilla as something that keeps the good stuff off my shirt. And they do that.

Yea, you can do that too. I just usually pop the whole thing out in the field, then fillet the breast meat off when I get home.
