Yeah, commish has to set the settings to start waivers "at start of game". That's his laziness for not reading the rules.

I would be PISSED if I was the rightful owner of Jacobs. Rule #1 of fantasy sports: Know your league rules. That's fricked up of the commish to change the rules mid-season.

Honestly does anyone think it is reasonable to pick up Jacobs after he plays and scores big. I am in two yahoo leagues the waiver wire settings weren't discussed or changed in either league. I just checked and one was set to gametime and one was set to Sunday. So if I was a dick I could pick up Jacobs right now. No I'm not going to.

That's on your commish, not yahoo

Exactly. You can set up the league for all players to go on waivers Sun-Wed, or you can set them to "game time", which means that as soon as any game starts (Th, Sat, Sun, Mon, etc.), the players from that game go on waivers (until Wed.). Meaning that you can pick up MNF players up until that game starts too.

Looks like your commish has it set to where they all go on waivers Sun-Wed. With the weekly Thursday night game now, I think the "game time" waivers are the only way to go.
