Which do you prefer snake or auction?

I did snake only for years. I joined a live auction league last year with an auctioneer and it was a shite ton of fun. I still really like snake, but auction drafts are a blast.

Auction requires more strategy. Snake is simply a much easier format to draft in. It depends what you are looking for I guess.

I've never done an auction, but everyone I know who does says it's much better and way more fun.

Auction is fairer and it requires more strategy and skill. If you're new to fantasy/don't care that much, snake is fine. But if you are an enthusiast, auction is the way to go and it's not close.
