I would keep gore and put Martin in the trade then I think it's a pretty good deal for you.

I'd actually do it, but it's not the safe choice.
The Seahawks oline looks like it has problems. The Raiders appear to actually have an offense. The Colts also have a bad offensive line. Blount is a NE running back, but has potential to be a serviceable flex/rb depth type of guy. Moncrief upgrades your WR situation.
Of course you're buying a lot of risk when you got the often injured Foster as your RB1. I think you'd end up on the better side, but you're inviting more trouble.

I'd probably do it, but you need to think long and hard about trading a guy with Lynch's track record. I just personally believe his name is worth more than the production you'd get. He's been hurt, the oline looks shakey, and they've been to 2 Super Bowls in 2 years.
Depending on your trading partner, you may be able to get more for Lynch though.

Would not listen to these guys in regards to their opinions. I would do this trade. Puts you in a better position than what you're in now.

This is better than the original proposal. I'd probably do either trade though (unless you could give Gore and Marvin Jones to get Murray and Moncrief).
