TDBBL - SOTU - Referendum #1: League Structure Vote

fellow TDBBL'ers, spurred by the resignation of the Big Gyne (and potentially MWG and others going forward), commissioner Port has recommended that the league strongly consider a league-wide reboot. this is due to continued problems we've discussed before including but not limited to, season inactivity, roster stacking, pick trading etc.
in all likelihood, if we don't make changes, others are considering either quitting outright or making this their last year. there have been a number of different options bandied about, but we're trying to get the best consensus of how to move forward.
to account for all the work we've put into the league, there have been compensation/cost options discussed for people who sold/bought picks from year to year. the two most talked about involve draft priority in a re-draft, or the more popular, augmented/decreased entry fees for the redraft based on your current pick situation.
so the first vote that we'll have is based on team/league structure.
50% carries it. At least ten votes necessary.
1- Redraft, Yearly
Tallied: MV, Toula, Gyne
2- Redraft, Dynasty
Tallied: Karma, Port, Rondo, Honk, Knat

Redraft, dynasty with 2 round rookie draft. I am in TDBA and really enjoy it. With experience I'd like another shot at building a dynasty.

that's the thing i like about a dynasty. all of these players we want are still gonna be available. you love ben simmons enough to take him first? go for it.
