I have Jordy and he has Julio. We were talking about this trade and I was wondering what yall thought. Jordy has Rodgers which is an advantage but Julio will get tons of targets and many people are pretty high on him this year. What do yall think?

I would make the trade. Julio could be in for a monster season as Atlanta's main weapon. He's more talented than Jordy, but both men are a little injury prone.

Julio

Jordy

Julio seems to be a very popular top pick this year. Julio's ADP is even higher than Odell's, who had double the number of TDs last year.

I'm taking Julio based on ceiling alone

I think it's a fluke that Julio only scored 6 TDs last year. I say he gets double digits this year, to go along with a ton of yards.

They are pretty comparable really, but I think Julio being the main guy and being heavily depended upon gives him the edge. Jordy will still have great numbers.

No games have been played. Why didn't this clown just draft Jordy instead of Julio?

Julio = higher ceiling, more injury prone

Jordy = consistency

I'd take Julio, but I'd understand someone feeling better about Jordy

The point is that somebody (dunno who) drafted one of these players ahead of the other one. Nothing has changed since the draft. So basically this is like, "hey I'll trade you the 12th pick for the 15th"

This is exactly what I was thinking. I hate trades between the draft and the first game. Makes the participants look like they hate their teams already.

Maybe later in the draft he added Matt ryan and wants to diversify? Or has roddy white as his 3rd wr, there are legit reasons.

But yea, trade for Julio. You can't predict injuries, he's an elite talent. Maybe the best in the league.

There you go. Unfortunate for him but good for you. Do the deal before he gets smart and trades roddy instead.

Definitely take Julio. He's in his contract year and was on fire the last 6 games of the season. Nelson is 30 years old on a team full of offensive weapons, plus Mccarthy wont be calling plays this season.
