Did I get too Greedy?

Gurley
Forte
Lacey
Matt Jones
Ryan Mathews
Hyde
Jordan Reed
Stafford
Cantazaro
Carolina D
Traded Decker and Maclin for AJ Green last Week
Traded Woodhead to the Gordon owner for Forte this week
Traded Gio for Lacey this week
I am in 3rd currently (leader in points scored by 100 pts) and have been getting by on the play of my mules (Brees, Gurley, Julio, and ODB), but with the byes of Julio, Brees, and ODB happening the next to weeks I was a little concerned with the inconsistency of Woodhead and Gio. I decided to consolidate my roster by making the trades above. I had a feeling Lacey would bounce back during the colder weeks and had been trying to get him for the last month. After last weeks debacle the owner caved in and I decided to trade Gio as I feel Hill will eventually get going. Now that Lacey is demoted I think I may have screwed myself
. Should I have stayed put or am I worrying to much? I am banking on Forte coming back next week and keeping Lacey on the bench to see if he gets going.

Trust me this is no brag thread
This is my big money league (8 years running) with my best friends. I have never made the playoffs in this league and have a habit of making trades every year that sink me.
One year I traded for Graham only to find out hours later he had plantar fasciitis (killshot). Another year I traded Graham for T Rich the day he got sent to the colts (we all know how that worked out)

I have Brown (1st), Julio (2nd), Woodhead and Gurley in one league and Cobb (3rd)/Landry/Diggs to flex. Gurley hit making alot of rosters look fantastic. Im actually 5-4 in this league with that core and Rivers to go along too. I have had horrible look in that league so far.

Yep took Julio and Odell 1&2
This was really the first year I went into a draft without looking at anything and just drafted on what I thought was best available. There were only 2 rbs I trusted (Bell and Charles) in the first round so I got extremely lucky drafting 8th and avoided all the RB landmines.

Our teams are actually very similar.
In my 20 team league
I just dont have gurly and have Marshall and Cobb instead of Julio and ODBJ
Our bench players are diff (you dont get many bench players in 20 team league.
We even both have carolina defense lol.
Whats your record in that league. Im 5-4.
