What should President Trump make as his first priority?

President Obama decided to humiliate the Republicans with his "Elections have consequences", and proceeded to sign the orders to close GITMO, go on his "Apology Tour", and jam Obamacare down our throats (without any Republican votes).

This ended up costing him dearly - the Dems gave up their majority in both houses, but in spite of getting reelected, President Obama has been forced to go it alone and use executive orders to implement any policy changes during his second term because he still refuses to compromise.

I think there are areas where he can get what he wants done, and do it in a bipartisan way. This is where I think Trump's campaigning was genius. He talked about deporting 12 million illegal aliens and then bringing some back. He can negotiate a compromise where they are not deported, but given a work visa (provided they aren't criminals), he should be able to get the Democrats to agree.

He talked about stopping immigration from terrorist states until we sorted out the whole vetting issue. Well, let's get that issue sorted out, or figure out a way to have a safe zone in Syria. Again, a bipartisan solution could be possible.
