How hard is it to change a front sight and gas block without a press? Or is it even possible? Preciate any help/tips

I don't think it's possible

bring it to a gunsmith if you dont have the tools
you must be very careful not to move the barrel independently of the receiver
the gas block is pinned on, you'll need to vise the barrel and punch the pins to get the gas block off. same thing with the front sight

It is possible but I would take it to a gunsmith. It is very hard to do and very easy to screw up. Go to Vince Buckles at Khyber Pass Tactical in Gonzales. He can get you squared away.

I would like to find an M70 front sight and gas block to replace my yugo npap front sight and block

I have an AK, but that's it. I really don't mess with them too much. I will ask a buddy that is all about them and see what leads he may have (where, how, how much, etc).

Your N-Pap underfolder looks exactly like mine. Same color paracord wrap and everything.

I normally do all my own gunsmithing, but I got talked out of attempting this real quick like in this thread
