These books will be written by Brandon Sanderson who will have A Dream of Spring out within a year of Winds of Winter after GRRM kicks the bucket.

Not likely. He's already said he wouldn't do this series. He's only read the first book. Not his style.
You'd have to get someone else that writes violence and sex, maybe Brent Weeks or I've seen someone else mentioned.

Joe Abercrombie. But the problem is, GRRM's already made statements to the effect that he doesn't want anyone else finishing it. He considers that fan-fic, and he loathes fan-fic, as he tells us repeatedly. I wouldn't be surprised whatsoever if he puts it in his will that no one can finish it. You may think that sounds petty, but that's what GRRM is.

I think he's intentionally not finishing. He's probably already finished winds of winter, but he has no intention of ever finishing dream of spring. Winds of winter is going to be the end of the series and he left dreams of spring as a teaser. Just to frick with people.
He's going to die of a stroke in a few years and they're going to ask another author to take his notes and write Dream of Spring, and that poor sack is going to open GRRM's notebook to find all dream of spring contained was a giant earthquake that killed everyone and ended the 7 kingdoms. Then a smiley face and a "frick you, fans" written at the bottom

I agree. I don't think he'll ever finish. I don't think he knows how to write his way out of all the shite in the previous books and have it make any sense at all. Or it will be something completely ludicrous and over the top as an f you to the fans.
