For me:
1. Conservative Supreme Court Justice
2. Repeal Obamacare
3. Stricter border restrictions (don't really care about a wall per se, just SOMETHING)
Every thing else is gravy as far as I'm concerned.

Modify Obamacare to mandate health savings accounts that are transferable to heirs.
Gowdy as Attorney General
Ted Cruz as Supreme Court Justice (another Scalia) (this also gets him out of future Presidential races)
Giuliani as head of Homeland Security
Carson as Surgeon General
Palin as Ambassador to Russia ;)
