Collard greens are my favorite. Taste best when picked after a frost when they get a purplish tint.

Fla. broad leaf mustard with a little purple top turnip mixed in....with added turnip roots for the win!

I grew up on mustard greens. I've only ever had collards cooked in that gravy-ish brine and I'm not a fan of that style.
Mustards with hocks/bacon and salt are hard to beat IMO.

#1 Collards. #2 sounds strange but radish tops are pretty dang good. #3 Mustard greens.

Depending upon in what dish they´re served/how prepared, collards, chards and turnip greens, are all pretty level to me.
Mustard greens bring up the rear.

Well, you've just inspired me to cook mustards this weekend. It's been too long

Try a Hakurei turnip. And add some sausage to it.
