There are very few horror movies that I actually like, but there are even fewer musicals I like.

It's not really a genre, but I despise movies about rich Ne England/New York schoolboys whose daddies don't hug them enough. Seriously, STFU.

Man, say what you want, but Igby Goes Down is fricking hilarious.

I've never liked the horror genre.

And do you ever notice how tough they dancers try to act in these movies? You're dancer for christ sake.

The king of these is West Side Story, but it's so over the top I think it's hilarious.

Specifically, movies that parody comedic movies. I REALLY fricking hate that shite.

1a) Musical
1b) Horror

Unless they are comedies/parodies.

Little Shop of Horrors
Rocky Horror Picture Show
Cannibal the Musical

These are enjoyable.

Yep, it's a year round affair now. Every superhero does not need a feature-film.

There's no shame in enjoying an action/romcom in which no one dies and McConaughey never wears a shirt. Same reason why "Sahara" is a fun movie.

another thing about romcom's is that for the most part they are never bad, unwatchable movies. they might be cheesy, but they are lighthearted and mildly entertaining.

if you look at the horror genre for instance, there are a ton of movies that are absolutely awful and unbearable.

With this thinking in mind, I think we should forever classify "27 Dresses" as part of the horror genre.
