If you slap someone else's kid then the best thing would be for that dAd to do the dad thing. You know, wait five years so that everyone has forgot about the incident, so there is no ties back to him. Then come for you in the night. And you'd just be gone. Vanish. Like aliens.

Don't do it. Just talk to pArents. If that doesn't work have your kid bust a bottle over bullies head. That's legit.

Good luck. I'd be pissed too but you can't touch another kid and not expect to be hunted eventually.
