Yeah, supposedly the main reason he did not get a permit was because he did not have significant caps.

That's exactly why he didn't get the permit and the only that has changed since is that JA doesn't play at all, now.
He has handled all of this sooooo poorly. With the way he played on loan for Utrecht, you can't tell me that there was some team in the world that wouldn't take him on. No excuse for him to have wasted as much time as he has.

Yeah either Juan is dumb and said no to offers on the table or something odd is going on. Either way I don't think he gets a work permit. Nothing has changed. Are stoke retarded?
