I listen to him pretty regularly on the way home from work. He's mostly on point with his opinion on issues but he can be a windbag at times.

Going back to his original home.
I haven't listened to Kaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaare since he went into the tank for now President Obama in 2008. "I'm a moooooooooderate, but I have right-wing extremist friends, and I have liberal friends...."
Always had interesting ideas for the city, some were really worthy of consideration, and some were garbage. He's a decent radio guy locally, gets people talking about his ideas. He's bereft of sense when it comes to national or international politics, however.
I remember the day (not date) he and his buddy "the Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanalyst Russel Protti" started on 1280 a.m. in something like 1993, those two years that WWL lost the Saints. They forced Dave Garrett as the play-by-play guy into the Manning/Henderson booth. I was highly angry, that day, because I was expecting Papa Joe Chevalier and his Sports Buffet.
