Where can I buy 1/8" bungee / shock cord by the foot in BR?

I'm looking for 1/8" bungee / shock cord to do some re-rigging on the yak. I can only find larger (1/4" diameter and larger) in deck rigging kits for kayaks. I would buy a 1/8" rigging kit but can not find it. I've tried Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, Bass Pro & Academy.
ETA: the only 1/8" I can find is pre-rigged leashes for paddles and etc
