Not arguing the value point with you because you could be right, but every team values every player differently and it doesn't matter what the national consensus is.

IF the guard is in the same bubble as the other guys, I think they lean that way. Guard is in need of an upgrade more than DT.

Now if he isn't in the same bubble, I agree they go elsewhere.
