I really liked him coming out of HS. I'm hoping to see him succeed as a Tiger and I'm happy to hear he seems to be emerging as the beast I thought he would be.

Feist was impressive in big cat - gave Copeland as much a contest as anyone as a TFr. Really glad he's back.

Does anyone know why he is listed as a Junior by LSU?

Feist was moved to DE last spring because of the lack of bodies there. Come summer/fall he was back at linebacker, but having missed so much at LB the staff redshirted him.

Feist was a beast Saturday. Seemed like his name was called after every play. It will be hard to keep him off the field if he keeps this up!!

was he playing middle linebacker? Really hoping he can be the man in the middle this season. Sounds like Beckwith still is learning and Welter will be Welter, but if Fiest looked that good in the spring game maybe he can be a real contender for the starting MLB position. Tended to forget about him because was always thinking it was between Welter and Beckwith. He must be pretty good size also if he was being moved to DE last season. He might be the missing piece to this quandary in the middle of our defense.

Many times I saw him lined up in the middle with Beckwith on the outside with the purple team. I was kind of confused because every spring report had KB working MLB and rarely was Feist even mentioned.

Feist was flanking Beckwith, who was the MIKE for the purple squad. I believe Feist was playing SAM iirc
