Recommendations for Anniversary dinner in N.O.

I have a wedding anniversary coming up in about a month, thinking about going to N.O. for a night and am looking for a nice restaurant that would fit the occasion. Budget would be between $100-200 and we're open to all types of cuisines. Any recommendations? Thanks.

$200 would get you into most anywhere, not including a bunch of wine or something. What kind of food do like. You wanna go all out, get dressed up, etc; or, are you a jeans kinda guy?
