seems to just be a rudderless organization with no sense of team unity.
The guy (Incognito) who demanded money and jet skis from rookies as some part of hazing was appointed a team captain... and is a big enough dumb arse to leave threatening texts and phone messages on the record. That guy being a team captain is in a nutshell why the Dolphins have been a pretty consistently crap organization in a league designed to let bad teams improve
