Once the jury gets it, could be a few minutes to a few days.

Any important developments this morning?

I do think the jury might be more inclined to "split the difference" with lesser charges though to protect their own skin.
And that is why they are trying this.
Binger even made a comment about it being political yesterday.

Allowing lesser charges seems like bullshite.
The defense prepared their defense around the original charges.
I've never understood it either, how you do you put up a defense for a charges you don't know about? Also, if I am on jury and they can't even determine what the charges should be... that to me means the prosecution has doubt.

Rittenhouse didn't miss with any shots towards Rosenbaum, right? If so then how could there be reckless endangerment of McGinnis?

WTF? "Steel jacketed"? GTFO of here. Reversible error if this goes forward.
FMJ means, in almost every circumstance, COPPER. Which is about 95% of ammo and virtually 100% of military ammo.

This is all embarrassing. Only bald Rolex lawyer is earning his pay.

Wtf was the judge saying about emails and doorsteps?

The reckless endangerment charge is the most ridiculous one. I understand you can defend yourself and still endanger others who are not attacking you but that is not even close to what happened here.

Kyle's non-bald lawyer has looked pretty shitty this entire time. Unless he's the one putting together the arguments, he really hasn't helped.

He's a very experienced judge who has sleep walked through this trial.

He isn't deciding on that reckless endangerment charge today and will think about it. He's "biased" towards allowing it but when he emails the lawyers tomorrow bout what the final charges and the jury instructions are it may not be included.

I've seen that Richards is great at the facts but poor at the other aspects of being a trial lawyer.

Ridiculous. I think the jury is going to sell this kid down the river on lesser charges to save their own skin.
Just given the judge, I'm assuming he's going to allow the jury to make a decision, and if they materially affect this kids life (Felony or more than 6 months guaranteed sentencing) I think he steps in and directs a verdict.

Would be a travesty of justice for him to get a reckless endangerment charge. Just pure nonsense.

I completely agree but I think the judge also thinks it's a ridiculous argument and the jury will find him not guilty so he doesn't have to "be political" in the eyes of the media and the left.

So it’s ok to defend yourself, but jsut don’t miss because if you do we will instead charge you with reckless endangerment

Fatlock is just a bad lawyer. The case is bad which isn't helping him, but he's just bad.
