Is it the significant upswing in cases that’s “liberal”? Is it reporting the upswing that’s “liberal”? Or is it the message that if you get the vaccine your odds of a negative outcome go down that’s “liberal”?

Because it sounds like you are suggesting that the truth and real world are “liberal.”

Someone, somewhere in China or Russia figured out how to destroy us without ever firing a shot, probably about 20 years ago. Just create an opportunity for us to destroy ourselves, sit back and enjoy.

Here is another:

To be fair, in that article most of the gotcha headlines were quotes from the staff. Specifically “the ugly truth” and “all unvaccinated”. I wouldn’t expect the author to change their quotes.

Your version of America is a scared little man cooped up in a padded room because he's afraid of his own damn shadow.

It's a stupid headline, but the meat of the article does paint a pretty rough picture on the current situation there.

If the author was honest, he/she would have shown that the hospital staff were in fact lying when they claimed all were unvaccinated. But that would mean actually practicing journalism, and not fear mongering propaganda.

A real journalist would have asked the question, “why are hospital staff members lying to the media about their patients?”

The shocking thing to me is how many of them there are who absolutely do not want to be free. That just doesn't make sense to me at all, it goes against human nature

Author wasn’t doing a story on staff lying to media. She was doing a story on rise of Covid.

It's the fear mongering that is "liberal".

You just proved my point. The author had an agenda and a narrative before the interviews even started. They lied to the media and the media didn’t even care. Unbelievable.

What a great movie title, Twelve Infected Men, could win an Oscar.

Why do people say this is is liberal vs conservative thing?

I know people who are conservative who have gone overboard in how they have protected themselves against Covid and there are people, I would consider liberal, who think its all government bullshite.

There are people who don't really give a frick about politics who have their own views.

So why has the perception become a liberal vs conservative thing?

No not at all. It’s across the bay from Mobile between Spanish Fort and Fairhope. Now when I lived in a suburb of Little Rock called Benton that place had the fattest people per capita I’ve ever seen. No earthy idea how any all you can eat buffets made any money there.
