Just got back from New York.
Incredible .
Is there anything in Louisiana even close to that ?

I know what you mean, we went to Lombardi's two years ago ... everything has been kind of disappointing since.

Although, Rocca is good and Domenica Pizza is not bad.

Back in the early 2000s the Johnny DeAngelo's on Jones Creek (that moved to Coursey) was really, really close to NY pizza. But of course that's been closed.

Can you describe what New York pizza is like? Everyone raves about it, so it’s got to really be that good. When I see people eating it on TV, it looks very unappealing, sort of soggy looking. That always intrigued me.

Wildwood in BR was great, is the one in Alexandria as good?

Pizza Delicious is prob the closest.
Most other good pizza in LA is neapolitan style, or kinda of Cal-Ital or similar.

Back in early 90’s, Deano’s in Laffy was absolutely legit. Have no clue as to current quality. The Zuschlag was stellar
