I remember those days, barely. Today I took my daughter on campus to walk around and we had lunch.

NPD: love this bottle. Temp in the 70s in the H. Hard to complain.

How's that Woodford Double Oaked stack up against the regular distiller's select?

WSR is all over Houston. OWA and W12 use to be easier to find in Texas but that has started to dry up as well. Blantons can be found from time to time at random locations.
Personally, it's not worth the trouble to me. I have settled on a couple of profiles I really like and stick to them as they are readily available.
EHTSB is one of the most overrated bourbons I have tried. I could be in minority but it is just not my thing.

Another thing that I think is important to know, is that there are plenty of bottles that are just as good (if not better) than the rare Buffalo Trace stuff (Weller, EH Taylor, Blanton's, ect...), that can be easier to find.

What bottles would you recommend?

Only been doing this since December.
