I didn't let it settle. I realized first night that I did that bring anything that I'd want to mix been bumming white claws from the college kids here instead.

1PD was Barrell Batch 28. It's opened up a bunch since the last pour 4-5 days ago. 2PD paired with a Southern Draw Jacob's Ladder (which is working its way up my favorites list)

Picked up the old elk sour mash today. Passed on it a week ago and had been regretting so nice to get a second chance.

3PD it's been a while since I made a cocktail, not sure if it qualifies as an old fashioned or a sazerac but its good baws
