This was a great game. Tiger Stadium was rocking.
Shoulder pads were a bit bigger than they are today.

Hodson
Guidry
Davis
Martin
Williams
Andolsek
Kinchen
Brooks

About 5 minutes but well worth the time.

I had a high school buddy that was going to Atm come for the game. I got tix for him so he was in the LSU section and he was trippin on all the crazy LSU fans. He his gf and another HS friend were going to spend the night with me but after getting their arse kicked, they headed back west that night.

Beating Curley Hallman's teams just like everybody else did is quite an accomplishment. If you're going to flame, at least be more creative.

We had a really good rivalry with Texas A&M in the mid 80's and I do believe that was our first game for a few seasons in a row. I just remember "Neck" Williams running loose

I was there, too. In college. Most explosive I’d seen LSU up to that time. Really excited about Hodson with his accuracy and decision-making skills.

Didn’t A&M join the Big 12 after ‘95?

I was there. Great game. I was "sitting out" from school for a semester and working for my girlfriend's (now wife of 34 yrs) father as a deckhand on his trawler. We were in that weekend so I said let's go. Outside the stadium I paid $60 of my hard-earned money for a pair of tickets on the sideline, I thought, I must be losing my mind to pay this much for tickets.

Soon as I paid the scalper for the tickets gf/future wife says she "really doesn't feel like going" to the game. I says OK sell that ticket to somebody I'm going in. Had a great time. Nobody ever showed up for seat next to me. She picked me up after the game, she had gone to her cousin's house and blew off selling the ticket to recoup some of my money.

Oh well, the game was worth it.

Ah, yes. The dark ages of LSU football, and the period referred to in the old SWC as “The FedEx Years” of A$M.

I was at that game. If I remember correctly my dad drove me out to Tiger Stadium about four in the morning to buy two of the leftover student tickets that they were selling

Cool video. I swear Tiger Stadium was louder with just the old West upper deck than it is now.

Kyler Murray’s dad was in at QB briefly in that clip.

Also, LSU needs to bring back that end zone design with the arches.

I was just thinking the same thing. And I also noticed that the players celebrations seem to be very generic
