Id get something like the above or not do it as we are talking 2-3 hours a week with a zero turn, each time. Is that something you really want to do OP? That would get old right quick unless I just loved a huge mean yard.

my dad has a commercial deer (not a lowes model) and it will mow pretty damn fast. I think it was a 27hp Kawasaki v twin, not sure of the deck size.

I've got 10 acres to manage.
72" Bad Boy Outlaw XP.
3 hours to do everything, about 30% of the area I have to slow down, the rest is wide open.
Fast enough to drift, actually pretty darn fun.
Other than changing filters, fluids, and blades been a great mower maintenance wise. Even after being submerged in the flood 2 years ago.

I’ve got the 61” scag cheetah and it’s been great.. got 3 acres with trees, landscaping, etc takes about 2 hours

How fast were you going on that tractor .2 mph?
Ford 3910 with a finish mower, I think it was a 72" mower but it could have been smaller as well. Whatever speed 3rd-low would be. Had some trees in there as well.
The zero turn just ran circles around it.

I like the idea of a 72 in deck but there’s some areas where a deck that large will scalp.

Last year I bought a Scag Tiger Cat 52" to cut 3 acres. I have been extremely pleased with it. I'm not a fan of hustlers. Whatever you get, make sure it has a suspension seat. It's a game changer...
Another thing to think about...if your land is not flat, be mindful of the larger deck because you will scalp on all the slope transitions.

Commercial Scag and Deere's have the best deck by far. I've got a Scag Turf Tiger 2 with a 37hp EFI Vanguard and 60" deck. It's an absolute beast. Strap the seat belt on and you can mow as fast as you want.

Bro it’s 6 acres. Do you really want to spend more time so it can be perfect?
I like to mow for about 30 mins a week then it gets old as shite reeeel fast,

Go look at the FERRIS mowers
They make several models depending on your budget but take a look at THIS ONE
12mph Forward Speed x 72" deck = Fast Mowing
Suspension System to handle rougher terrain
It shows 7.2 acres/hour at 80% efficiency.
Not sure how accurate that is but they are some badass machines.

Dixie Chopper or Bad Boy. Have XMark at work and it's a brand new piece of junk. BIL has a Deere and has had multiple problems with the blades.
I cut 7 acres probably twice a month with my chopper and it's great. It's not an easy mow... uneven ground, lots of trees, have to mow around a pond. The Chopper handles it all and is fast.

For long term maintenance;
check and repair your fence,
go to the cattle auction barn,
buy a herd of goats and one donkey,
turn em loose on your place,
sell off some if overgrazed,
profit cuz dey will weigh more

FYI Dixie chopper having financial problems.
They might not be around in the next few years to back their products up.
